Legal right of withdrawal within 14 days
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us, Artline Group d.o.o., e-mail: client@artline-resin.eu, address: Artline Group d.o.o., Voduškova ul. 45, Ljubljana, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail ) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.
You can also fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration electronically at our official email from our website https://www.artline-resin.eu or via online form if applicable. If you make use of this option, we will send you confirmation of receipt of such revocation without delay (e.g. by e-mail).
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.
Consequences of the statutory revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back and as Artline Group d.o.o.'s representative checked the state of the goods to correspond with their initial state.
You must return the goods to our contractual partner without delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts: Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
We bear the cost of delivery, but you bear the cost of return.
Please note that we have a list of non-exchangeable items: Workshop Fees, Workshop Packages, Gift Cards, Downloadable Software Products, Personal Protection (Masks, Gloves).
Returns if the delivered product is damaged/defective/wrong
If you have received damaged, defective products or an incorrect order, or items are missing, we will replace/ship the missing items.
Please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving the goods and provide us with the following information:
Your order number
Brief description of the damaged/defective/wrong/missing items
attached photos or even a video
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
In some cases (sometimes it is not necessary to return the damaged product to us) we will ask you to send your damaged/defective items back to us using one of the courier services discussed. But first you need to contact us to understand the problem.

Once we have received and checked your return, we will send you a confirmation email to let you know that we have received your order back. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you do not want to wait long for the exchange, we recommend that you place a new order.
If you would like a refund instead of an exchange, please also let us know. As a rule, a refund takes up to 10 days after receipt of the goods in the warehouse and up to 14 days to find its way through the banking system.
If more than 14 days have passed since we authorised your return, please contact us by email.
