We ship orders based on product availability.
If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will ship the available part of your order immediately and send the remaining items as soon as they are back in stock.

 2. Delivery Times & Conditions

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location, shipping method (courier, post, pickup point), order volume, and carrier policies.

  • Your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

  • A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

 3. Shipping Costs

  • Calculated automatically at checkout, based on weight and shipping address.

  • Free shipping on orders over €150 across EU, unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms.

  • Additional charges may apply for oversized parcels or remote delivery areas.

4. Taxes & Duties

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, including VAT, customs duties, and excise fees.

  • These may be included in the total at checkout or required upon delivery.

5. Damaged Items

If any items arrive damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order — we will quickly resolve the issue.


6. Discounts & Promotions
