For rectangular or square projects, use this formula to calculate resin quantity:
Length(cm) × Width(cm) × Thickness(cm) × 1.1 = grams of resin
(The resin density is 1.1 g/cm³.)
Example: For a 30×30 cm surface with 1 cm thickness, approximately 1 kilogram of resin is required.
Artline Epoxy Resin is VOC-free but does not hold certification for direct, long-term food contact. After curing for 30 days, it becomes an inert plastic suitable for incidental food exposure. It is not antimicrobial. Epoxy, whether liquid or cured, is unsafe for ingestion.
Avoidcutting or preparing raw food on epoxy surfaces.
Our resin range features distinct characteristics tailored to various applications. Please consult our resin comparison chart to select the ideal product for your project. For personalized assistance, contact us via email, chat or WhatsApp with your project details.
Thick pour epoxy cures gradually to prevent cracking or shrinking. It cures through heat generated by its own mass and ambient temperature.
Adhere strictly to our instructions, as curing times and thickness limits vary by resin type. For guidance, refer to our resin comparison chart.
Before pouring thick layers, warm epoxy containers in hot tap water (50-60°C).
Mix thoroughly for 4 to 5 minutes, then allow the mixture to rest in the jar to release trapped bubbles before pouring.
Our epoxy resins contain the maximum level of UV inhibitors achievable. However, we do not recommend exposing resin products directly to sunlight. Always protect epoxy surfaces, such as tables, by covering them if used outdoors.
Detailed pouring instructions are available for each specific epoxy resin:
Epoxy resin and hardener components differ in weight due to viscosity and composition.
Precise measurement should always be by weight, not volume. Follow the specific epoxy resin instructions and use a scale.
We do not offer samples, as small quantities do not accurately represent curing behavior or strength. We fully stand behind our product and provide comprehensive support regarding its suitability.

Pigment quantity varies by application and desired effect:
For Pigment Paste: 3–6 grams per 1 kg of resin.
For Transparent Colorant: 1–3 ml per 1 kg of resin.
Lighter colors or opaque effects may require higher pigment amounts.
