How are wholesale prices calculated? What discount will I receive?

Once you register with a verified VAT number, wholesale pricing is applied automatically with VAT deducted from the retail price. If your order volume qualifies for a larger discount, we're happy to discuss custom terms — reach out via WhatsApp or email at client@artline-resin.eu.

What do I need to register for a wholesale account?

A valid, VAT-registered EU business with a VIES-verifiable VAT number (including the country prefix, e.g. RO12345678), plus your name, email, and company name. A phone number is optional.

Why can't my VAT number be verified?

Usually it's a typo, a missing country prefix, or a VAT registration too recent to appear in VIES yet. Double-check the number, or reach out — WhatsApp or client@artline-resin.eu — and we'll verify it manually.

I can't complete registration because it says my VAT number or email is already linked to an account — what should I do?

This means that VAT number or email is already registered with us. If it's your account, just log in — your B2B pricing will apply automatically. If you've lost access, or the details don't match what you expect, contact us via WhatsApp or client@artline-resin.eu and we'll help you sort it out.

Can I give my employees separate access to the account?

Yes — there are two access levels: Admin, who can edit addresses and profile details, and Ordering only, who can place orders but not change account settings. To set this up, contact our support team.

What happens after I submit the registration form?

Your account is created instantly once your VAT is verified. You'll receive an email invitation to the portal with a link to set your password and log in.

Will I be charged tax on my orders?

No — verified B2B accounts are automatically set up as tax-exempt, since your VAT number confirms your business status.

Can I choose a different shipping address at checkout?

Yes — your B2B account isn't locked to a single address. You can enter any shipping address at checkout, order by order.

How can I get your wholesale price list?

The full wholesale catalog is available directly in your account as soon as you log in — prices update automatically. If you'd prefer it as an Excel file or PDF, reach out via WhatsApp or client@artline-resin.eu and we'll send it over.

Can I update my company or contact details after registering?

Yes — you can update your details yourself anytime from your account's Profile page after logging in.
