The B2B program is open to any business with a company registered in the European Union and a valid, active VAT number. Whatever kind of work you do with resin, you're welcome:

Step 1 — Validate Your EU VAT Number

VAT Verification

Go to our Wholesale page. You'll see the "Unlock VAT-Free Prices" form at the top.

1. Enter your EU VAT number including the country prefix (e.g. PL5213641211, RO12345678, DE123456789).
2. Click Verify VAT.
3. The system checks your number in real time via the official VIES database.
4. If valid, you'll see a green "You're verified!" confirmation with your company name and country. If we couldn't retrieve your company name automatically, just type it in above — it happens for some VAT offices.
5. Click Continue → to proceed.

Step 2 — Add Your Contact Details

Registration

Once your VAT is verified, your company details are shown at the top and the contact form unlocks:

1. Enter your First Name and Last Name.
2. Enter your Email address — this is the email you'll use to log in to the B2B portal, so use one you check regularly.
3. Phone number is optional — feel free to skip it.
4. Tick the checkbox to agree to the Privacy Policy.
5. Click Create My Account.

Step 3 — Log In to Your Account

Access

As soon as you click Create My Account, your B2B account is live — no activation link or password to set up. You'll see a confirmation screen with a Log In button, and we'll also send you a welcome email for reference.

To log in at any time, go to the Login page and choose whichever is easiest for you:

• Continue with Shop — instant sign-in if you use the Shop app.
• Continue with Google — sign in with your Google account.
• Enter your email — we'll send a 6-digit code straight to your inbox. Enter it on the site and you're in. No password required, ever.

Once You're Logged In

Everything updates automatically as soon as you're signed in with your B2B account:

• From your account dashboard, use Profile to update your company information anytime, and Orders to track past and current orders.

• The catalog shows your wholesale prices with VAT already deducted — no manual calculations needed.

• Any active coupon codes still apply on top of your wholesale pricing.
• Your VAT-exempt status is applied automatically at checkout, and you can ship to any address you like, order by order.
